The Harford County Human Relations Commission in partnership with the Harford County chapter of the NAACP is proud to present  the first annual MLK Freedom Celebration.  Because of COVID-19, this year's event will be virtual.  Join us for an hour-long celebration of song, dance, poetry, art and more to celebrate the life and community works of Coretta Scott King.
